Marketplace terms

KAVOLTRI is intended to provide an online directory and introduction service. KAVOLTRI does not own, rent, operate, inspect, repair, deliver, or insure listed property. Listings are supplied by independent owners and are not verified guarantees. Sending an inquiry does not create a reservation, rental contract or right to use any item.

Owners and renters must independently determine eligibility, lawful use, pricing, payment, deposits, insurance, condition, pickup and return arrangements, cancellation and damage terms. KAVOLTRI does not collect rental payments or deposits or resolve rental refunds. Users must not assume any equipment is safe or insured simply because it appears on this site.

KAVOLTRI may remove or suspend listings and accounts for suspected fraud, safety risks, violations or legal compliance concerns. No provision is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, or excuse KAVOLTRI from responsibility for its own unlawful acts.

Owner agreement and self-certification

Before a listing can be published, the owner must affirm each of the following:

• I own the listed property or have legal authority to offer it for rental.
• My description, photographs, condition, price, location and availability statements are truthful and current.
• I am responsible for maintenance, safe condition, recalls, registration, permits, taxes, legal compliance and any required inspection.
• I will determine what insurance is required and whether my insurance actually covers rental activity; KAVOLTRI does not provide or verify insurance.
• I will independently check a renter's qualifications, identification, licensing and towing or operating capabilities when relevant.
• I will negotiate and provide my own written rental agreement, take payments directly, and handle deposits, refunds, damages and disputes.
• I understand KAVOLTRI is a connection service and is not a party to my rental.

Owner acceptance must be affirmative, individually checked, and recorded securely with a policy version and timestamp before publication is enabled.

Renter agreement and acknowledgment

Before contacting an owner, the renter must affirm each of the following:

• I understand an inquiry is not a booking and KAVOLTRI does not rent or guarantee the equipment.
• I will verify the owner's authority, equipment condition and suitability for my intended use.
• I will check licenses, towing requirements, safe operation, applicable laws and my own insurance coverage, including rental exclusions.
• I will negotiate and sign rental terms directly with the owner, including payment, deposits, cancellation, pickup, return and damage responsibility.
• I understand KAVOLTRI does not handle rental payments, deposits, refunds or insurance claims.

Renter acceptance must be affirmative and recorded securely with the applicable policy version and timestamp before inquiries are enabled.

Owner subscription proposal

Proposed introductory plan: seven-day free trial followed by $9.99 per month until canceled. Payment method required to begin a trial only after clear, express consent. The exact renewal date, charge, cancellation mechanism, refund terms and any taxes must be shown at signup and in account settings. An accessible online cancellation path must be provided before charging users. This is a proposed plan, not an active payment offer.

KAVOLTRI does not charge a percentage of owner-renter rental payments under the connection-only model.

Privacy notice outline

The final notice must identify the operating company and contact information, personal information collected, why it is used, processors and sharing, security measures, retention periods, deletion/access rights, cookies and analytics, children's data restrictions, and state-specific privacy rights. Do not publish claims about encryption, deletion timelines or data sharing until verified against the actual Supabase and other service configurations.

Prohibited listings and reporting

Stolen or unauthorized property, fraudulent descriptions, recalled or known-dangerous equipment, illegal offers, and listings that misrepresent insurance or inspections are prohibited. Drivable cars, trucks, motorhomes, ATVs/UTVs and other motorized recreational vehicles are excluded from the initial connection-only launch pending separate review. Eligible categories and states must be expressly enabled following review.

Report suspected fraud or unsafe listings using the site's reporting process once available. Until that feature is implemented, public listings and inquiries must not be presented as a fully reviewed live marketplace.
